1. Service description

ClarityReach Health delivers professional training, advisory workshops, and related educational materials concerning healthcare marketing compliance, patient audience governance, and cross-functional review practices. Deliverables may include live sessions, asynchronous modules, templates, and facilitated office hours as described in each order form or proposal. Unless expressly stated, services do not include legal representation, regulatory filings, or implementation of software within customer systems. This statement is provided for transparency and does not constitute personal legal advice. Organisations should consult qualified counsel regarding their specific facts, contracts, and regulatory obligations under Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), where applicable.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing this website, requesting information, or purchasing training, you represent that you have authority to bind your organisation where applicable. Individuals attending on behalf of employers confirm they will follow internal policies regarding confidential information. ClarityReach may decline engagements that present conflicts of interest or insufficient scope definition. Acceptance of an engagement occurs when both parties execute a written agreement or confirm an order in writing, including email.

3. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, subject to any mandatory arbitration clause appearing in a separately executed master services agreement. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights where applicable.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate roster information, obtain internal approvals for attendees, and safeguard access credentials for virtual sessions. Participants may not record sessions without written permission. Customers shall not misrepresent ClarityReach materials as regulatory approvals or certifications issued by government authorities. Customers remain responsible for operational decisions made after training, including campaign launches and data processing activities.

5. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if the breaching party fails to cure within thirty (30) days of written notice, except where payment defaults permit earlier suspension. ClarityReach may suspend access to online materials for non-payment. Upon termination, accrued fees become due, and each party shall return or destroy confidential information per the confidentiality terms of the underlying agreement. Sections intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
